Not much is known about Polarians, Hyperborians, Lemurians, Atlanteans, let alone their music and how they used sound. World Wide natural disasters, civilizations destroying themselves through war after war, and the sheer passage of time are great erasers of the past.
We hardly know anything about music and sound in recent cultures like Egypt, Greece, and Rome. And that was only 2-4,000 years ago. Wars took care of destroying all the great ancient libraries. When Egypt, Greece, and Rome burned. And cds and radio weren't around yet. You will have to imagine what Egyptian, Grecian, and Roman Top 40 would have sounded like. Would Nero's fiddling while Rome burned have made it on MTV?
Civilizations seem to get shorter as mankinds leaders get more destructive. So the world needs all the healing music and sound help it can get to avoid self destruction again.

Singing was used for music and sound healing as well as for communication.

All were prespeech communication sound and music languages used by man.

200 BC. Phytagerous teachs music healing at his mystery school in Greece.
Plato writes about how music can change society for good or bad.
500 AD. Catholic Church starts doing Georgian Chant
1000 AD. Moslem Empire has many universities teaching math and music.
1100 AD. Monks in the Catholic Church start Georgian Chant up again.
1700 AD Some of the great Classical Music composers start writing masterpieces.
1812 AD Francis Scott Key, a great American composer writes the Star Spankled Banner
1875 AD Richard Wagner writes The Ring, worlds longest opeara, also the greatest.
